Muse: In your world tabbed by: James Walinck This riff comes in at the start the song and only lasts a few bars...but it's really good so I thought I'd post it. I'm sure you can work out where on the keyboard you need to play the separate parts so I'll give you the notes. The main riff (which later becomes the guitar part) goes a little something like this..... A D C B A G# A B (x3) Then A G# A B A D C B A This riff is played at the A above middle C (I think). The first time you play this there is a counter rhythm of two notes, which you're going to have to work out because I'm at work and I only worked out the rest last night. Second time round the bass part on the left hand comes in.... A E A(up an octave) E F C F(up an octave) C D A D(up oct.) A E B E(up oct.) B This part should start 3 A's below middle C... Remember and give it some pedal if you're playing a piano. The guitar kicks in after that....I'll tab that as well because it's a Friday and I'm feeling generous. G 7 5 4 4 (x3) D 7 7 6 7 Then.... G 4 7 5 4 D 7 6 7 7 7 Complaints/ corrections/ praise to... james_walinck@hotmail.com
